Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
EGBC has a three-year CPD cycle.
You need 240 CPD hours in three years, with an average of 80 hours each year.
CPD activities are divided into six categories:

Professional Responsibility: Covers ethics, laws, and rules.

90 CPD hours in the Technical category.
The other 150 hours can be from any category.

Professional Engineers in Alberta have a three-year CPD cycle.
The required CPD hours depend on your registration category and status.

Acceptable CPD Activities:

Recording CPD:
Engineers must keep records, noting activity name, date, time, provider, and category.
Engineers PEI
Engineers in PEI have a one-year CPD cycle.
They need to earn at least 30 CPD hours each year.
CPD Categories:
Category 1 - Formal CPD Activities. Here is a list of events.
Category 2 - Informal CPD Activities: Self-study and on-the-job learning.
Minimum Requirements:
20 CPD hours from Category 1.
Up to 10 CPD hours from Category 2.
